Giant Octopus Stuffed Animal Decor Soft Sculpture One of a Kind - Rainbow
Regular priceSale price
One of a kind.
This octopus is indeed giant and is as comfortable draped on the back of your sofa as it is hanging out in a playroom. Measuring an impressive (yet manageable) height of nearly 4ft / 1.2m from top of head to tip of arm this one a kind creation can be used as a soft sculpture, unique home accent in living room, bedroom or wrapped around a banister or played with and loved by the entire household.
The pattern for the octopus was one created by me (and can also be purchased in my shop) and part of what makes it so special is the unique draping of the limbs. Each arm has a double wire armature running along the seam line which allows it to hold gentle poses and even lightly hold onto supports. The expressive domed eyes are extra large doll's eyes which are securely held in place inside the head by way of a post and washer. *** While the inclusion of armature is part of what makes it unique, please use common sense around small children and animals. All the wire ends are wrapped and hidden inside the body but know that this is technically not a "toy" and should be handled accordingly.
Stitched from cotton fabric and using wool felt eyelid pieces it has been filled with poly stuffing to help keep it relatively light - I can easily lift it with one arm. Rainbow fabric - I really don't know what else to say!
