The painted "Eyeball Rocks" - painted by local Jason Smith, his friend Neil and kids in 2017 - had become a well-loved sculptural piece on Nova Scotia's Highway 103, positioned between Exits 6 and 7. Due to the ongoing twinning of the highway, however, they are currently no more. :(
CBC News even did a story on their origins and popularity: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/nova-scotia/painted-rocks-eyes-highway-103-1.7653597
While you'll miss being watched on the highway, why not be watched everyday at home? I've stitched up these dual-action magnet AND hanging ornaments (all-season, of course) from wool blend felt. You can hang on a tree if you wish and then simply tuck the string in the back and attach to your fridge for the rest of the year!
NOTE: This is a finished product, NOT a kit.
